I received a call from Serenity Appliance within 30 minutes of reporting my problem to my home warranty company. Zach called me to give me the estimated time that he would arrive at my home. He was nice enough to contact me back when he ran into traffic on the interstate to tell me he would be a little delayed. Zach was very professional and extremely pleasant during his visit. Thank you so much for sending such an awesome guy to my home to help me. He was great!!!!

Serenity came out on a moments notice on weekend and fixed our dryer. Not only did the technician fix our problem, but we felt he went above and beyond what was expected by doing other general maintenance to the dryer for no extra charge. Also, when he showed up, our 2 year old son was in the middle of his nap and the technician was careful to keep the noise to a minimum so not to wake him. I would highly recommend Serenity to anyone!
